It was around this time a year ago that I set the ambiguous goal to "become healthy."  Soon after that I began setting smaller, more specific goals and objectives.  In the last 12 months I have lost about 50 pounds.  I like to think of it as my 'warm-up year.'

Not only did I change my diet, but I also:
  • Swam 110,000 yards (62.5 miles)
  • Cycled 3900 miles
  • Ran 240 miles
If I could do those things, anybody can!
